The entertainment lineup for Oswego’s annual Harborfest, which takes place July 23-26, has been announced.
The event features music on four different stages and includes shows for children, theater, and of course, live bands. Harborfest’s Entergy Fireworks are another highlight of this great summer event, which is free of charge.
This year’s headliner is Micky Dolenz , lead singer of one of the Monkees, one of the most popular bands of the 1960s. Dolenz performs Friday night at 9:30 p.m. Hotel California, the No. 1 Eagles’ tribute band, opens Harborfest on Thursday at 7 p.m.

The No Doubt tour makes a stop in Central New York tonig
ht, hitting the Showroom at Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona. Paramore and Janelle Monae open for No Doubt. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $95, $135, and $160.
Also tonight…
Gary Frenay and Arty Lenin are in Liverpool for the weekly Liverpool is the Place concert at Johnson Park (Route 57 and Vine St.) in the village. The show starts at 7 p.m. and admission is free.
Augustine is at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (246 W. Willow St.) at 10 p.m. and Brand New Sin is at Mac’s Bad Art Bar (1799 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale) at 9:30 p.m.The Fab Five Unplugged is at The Retreat (First St., Liverpool) at 7 p.m.
There’s karaoke with DJ Smegie at Singer’s Karaoke Club (1345 Milton Ave.) starting at 9 p.m. and John Lerner hosts an open mike at Meghan MacMurphy’s (7990 Oswego Rd., Liverpool) at 6 p.m.
The weekly Phoenix American Legion Country Music Showcase starts at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Post 418 (9 Oswego River Rd., Phoenix).
