Music in the ‘Cuse

The week kicks off with the Liverpool is the Place concert series at Johnson Park (Route 57 and Vine St.) in the village.

The concert series is produced by the Liverpool is the Place committee and sponsored by various Liverpool-area businesses.

Tonight’s show features the Liverpool Community Chorus and starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Bring a chair and enjoy!

Dovetail Joint performs at the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (246 W. Willow St.) at 9 p.m. and the Home town Zeros are at Mac’s Bad Art Bar (1799 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale) starting at 10 p.m.

Michael Crissan is at the Retreat (308 Vine St., Liverpool) at 7 p.m. and John Lerner hosts an acoustic open mike at Meghan MacMurphy’s (7990 Oswego Rd., Liverpool), which starts at 6 p.m.

The Phoenix American Legion presents its weekly Country Music Showcase at American Legion Post 418 (9 Oswego River Rd., Phoenix) starting at 6 p.m.
