Music in the ‘Cuse

Benny Mardones makes a rare Central New York appearance at Monirae’s (688 County Route 10, Pennellville) starting at 10 p.m. Kane opens the show. Admission is $15 at the door, $12 in advance.

The Mike Roberts Band , Phil Petroff and the Natural Fact, the Whiting-Doyle Band, and more will be at Papermill Island (4 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville) 95X’s Bud Brews, Blues and BBQ. The music starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 at the gate, $10 in advance.

KRock  presents the Dysfunctional Family Barbecue starting at noon at Chevy Court (State Fairgrounds).  Scheduled to perform are Saliva, Boy Hits Car, Pop Evil, The Veer Union, and Madina Lake . Tickets are $10.The Puma Brothers and Ed Jr. perform at the Solvay Tyrol Club (213 Lamont Ave., Solvay) as part of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life fundraiser. Admission is $7, which includes free draft beer and snacks.

The Mexico Music Festival kicks off at 10 a.m. at Mexico Academy High School (Main St., Mexico). The event features live music, crafts, and a farmer’s market. Admission is free.

Jamie Notarthomas and friends celebrate Bob Dylan’s 68th birthday at the Westcott Theater (524 Westcott St.).  The show starts at 8 p.m. and admission is $10.

Jay and the Americans perform on the Main Stage at the Fulton Community Center (605 W. Broadway, Fulton) as part of the Fulton Memorial Day Salute. The free show starts at 8 p.m.
