More heavy metal at the Lost Horizon (5853 Thompson Rd.) tonight with Woe of Tyrants, Salt the Wound , and The Agonist (right) . Doors open at 5 p.m. and admission is $12.
Country star Jo Dee Messina is at the Showroom at Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona for an 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $40, $45, and $55.
Audrye Sessions, Greene Reveal, Branson, and Jacksons Kid Summer are at the Westcott Theater (524 Westcott St.) for an 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $8.
The Le Moyne College Jazz Ensemble with guest John Abercrombie performs at the Palace Theatre (2384 James St.) starting at 7:30 p.m. General admission is $15 and students and seniors are admitted for $10.
The Morton Schiff Jazz Ensemble is at Setnor Auditorioum (Crouse College, Syracuse University) for an 8 p.m. concert. Admission is free.
The Charley Orlando Band is at the Dewittshire Tavern, (3010 Erie Blvd. E.) at 10 p.m. and Dave Hawthorn is at Badlands Saloon (Syracuse St., Baldwinsville) at 9 p.m.
Mike Farrar is at You Guys Place (2338 Route 13, Altmar) at 8:30 p.m. and Driftwood Fire is at Sparky Town Restaurant (324 Burnett Ave.) at 8:30 p.m.
