‘Idols Live’ in Syracuse September 14
The 2009 ‘American Idol’ tour stops at the War Memorial at Oncenter Monday, September 14. Tickets go on sale Saturday, May 9th at 10 a.m. on ticketmaster.com.
The tour features the Top 10 contestants - Kris Allen, Matt Giraud, Anoop Desai, Lil Rounds, Scott McIntyre, Michael Sarver, Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Danny Gokey, and Megan Joy.
While ‘Idols Live’ did not come to Syracuse last season, the tour has been in town in previous years. In 2005, the Season 4 cast did their last two shows on the tour at the War Memorial, one being an American Red Cross fundraiser to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Season 5’s show was also at the War Memorial and Season 6’s show was held at the Grandstand during the 2007 New York State Fair.
