Rockin’ the Red Cross set for April 24th

090411_redcross.jpgThe fourth annual Rockin’ the Red Cross battle of the bands is set to take place Friday, April 24 at Syracuse’s Landmark Theatre (362 S. Salina St.). The event features bands from area companies competing for bragging rights as the best corporate band in CNY.

Proceeds benefit the Onondaga-Oswego Chapter of the American Red Cross.

This year’s lineup includes Onondaga Community College, Sensis Corporation, King & King Architects, LLP, SUNY Upstate Medical University, Manlius Pebble Hill School, The Post Standard, SRC, C&S Companies, Carrier Corporation, INFICON, Lockheed Martin, WYNIT, CXtec (last year’s winner), and Time Warner Cable.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with music starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available at the Landmark box office.
